Seeking a senior software engineer/lead with minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to work from our offshore location in Visakhapatnam. We are focused on Test Driven Development using Cucumber and other technologies. Experience in RAILS, PHP Java are preferred in that order. If no rails experience, we will provide necessary training on Ruby on Rails technology and eventually will design and develop innovative, top grade Ruby on Rails and PHP applications following Agile and TDD process . You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best Ruby developers in the industry. You will also be mentored on areas that would need some improvement and will be asked to mentor others on areas that you are pretty strong at. This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, creative problem solving abilities and pride in a quality product.

Testing is continuous and gels well with our integrated development environment. We are a true Agile team. We mix SCRUM practices, with lean ideas. There is a large story-board on Yodiz that contains the list of stories in-process. At any time, our board consists of new features, bug fixes, production emergency items, and system improvement tasks. We hold team retrospectives every other week and no voice goes unheard.
